Open Table at the Bead Bar EOS Designs Studio

Want to stop in and string a necklace or bracelet?  We offer Open Table hours on select Saturdays from 12:30-3:30pm with a reservation.  Patrons are welcome to shop for supplies and then make simple strung jewelry or stretch bracelets under light supervision at our Bead Bar.  There are 3 seating times available, 12:30, 1:30 and 2:30 each for 1 hour in duration.  The table can accommodate up to 6 people.  There is a table fee of $10 per head,  paid when you make your reservation and then the cost of materials chosen is paid on the day of the event.  Open Table hours are not classes, but we will be on hand to help you design your jewelry and help with the clasping and finishing.

Rules of the table

1.  Advance reservations are required and participants must arrive on time to have the full hour available to them.  Drop ins are only permitted if they do not interfere with established reservations.

2.  If you are planning a trip with friends, each person in your party pays a table fee, but the reservation can be made together by adding the number of seats on the order.

3. Available for Ages 8 thru adult.   Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult who is participating in the event.  Unaccompanied Teens should have payment available for their materials on the day of their reservation.

4. Please do not bring supplies purchased elsewhere or prior purchases from us to the Open Table.  

5. Please do not bring additional people or young children other than those making jewelry as our studio is small and there is limited space.  

6. Cancellations made 4 days or less in advance of the reserved date are not refundable.

7. There is no bathroom on the premises so please plan your trip accordingly.

8. Please do not bring food or beverages into the studio.

9. Please do not come to the Open Table if you are sick or sniffly!  We reserve the right to turn away participants who are visibly ill as the owner has health complications.  Depending on Covid factors, there may be times when participants will be asked to wear a mask, which we can provide.
